Hello, I’m really sorry about our delayed response due to Christmas. I’m also sorry to hear that you still haven’t received your order. However, in what way do you believe your order will reach you faster by commenting on our social media posts? This seems rather childish.. When a customer isn’t happy or there’s a problem we usually do our best to resolve and look into it and arrange a solution as soon as possible. I found your answer to my email very unprofessional when you call my idea of going to social media “childish”. No, I never thought that going to your social media would make my order arrive any faster, but it would may give to customers like me an idea that the order can take up to one month to arrive to them instead of what says on your delivery notes. I also bought some shorts from Nickben, and they arrived as on their website. I will no copy your professional answer on your social media posts.
